Refund & Return Policy

At SK By Shilpa Kirpal, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. To maintain hygiene, quality and product integrity, all sales are final.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on orders once the order has been successfully placed and processed.
All purchases made through www.shilpakirpal.com are final and are not eligible for monetary refunds.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Colour preference
- Style preference
- Product no longer required
- Incorrect size selected by the customer, except where eligible for a size exchange under this policy
2. No Return Policy
We do not accept product returns.
Once an order has been delivered, the product cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or replacement due to personal preference.
3. Size Exchange Only
We offer size exchange only for eligible products.
No exchange will be provided for:
- Different colour
- Different design
- Different style
- Different product
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
The exchange is strictly limited to changing the size of the same product/style.
4. Size Exchange Window
A size exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
5. Size Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must:
- Be completely unused
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be free from stains, marks, odour or damage
- Have all original tags attached
- Have original packaging intact
- Include all accessories, if provided
- Be in the same condition in which it was delivered
Products showing any signs of use or wear will not be eligible for exchange.
6. One Size Exchange Per Order
Only one size exchange request per product/order will be permitted.
Once an exchanged size has been delivered, the same product will not be eligible for another size exchange.
7. Exchange Subject to Availability
Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, SK By Shilpa Kirpal will not be obligated to provide an alternative product, colour or style.
No refund or store credit will be issued in case the required size is unavailable.
8. Price Difference
Size exchange is permitted only for the same product/style.
A size exchange does not allow the customer to change the product to another style or product.
9. Damaged / Defective Product
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer may be required to provide clear photographs and/or videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The issue/defect
The claim will be reviewed by our team.
If the issue is verified as a genuine manufacturing defect or an incorrect product dispatched by SK By Shilpa Kirpal, an appropriate resolution may be provided after verification.
This provision does not apply to damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling or failure to follow product-care instructions.
10. Product Inspection
All size-exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.
SK By Shilpa Kirpal reserves the right to reject an exchange if the returned product:
- Has been worn or used
- Has been washed
- Has stains, marks or odour
- Has been damaged
- Has missing tags
- Has missing or damaged packaging
- Shows signs of alteration or misuse
11. Shipping Charges for Size Exchange
Any applicable shipping or reverse-pickup charges relating to a size exchange will be communicated to the customer at the time of processing the exchange request.
12. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sale, promotional or clearance periods may have separate exchange restrictions.
Where applicable, the product page or offer terms will clearly mention such restrictions.
13. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if cancellation is requested and accepted before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under this policy.
